I was bored and procrastinating, so this came out. I'm not actually a music major, but I am roommates with two of them, and you do pick up a few things. There isn't really a deeper hidden meaning, but if you want to make one up, knock yourself out.

The sunlight cannot reach the gorgeous, but ailing pianist, whose right foot is too swollen to wear her shoe (which is somewhat depressing since it is rather pretty) and therefore she must depress the pedal with her barefoot in order to maintain the sounds of the notes played in her broken chord. Her piano is an antique upright, with wonderful carvings upon it, but when you look at the keys, you find that they were not properly cared for and have been stripped of their ivory. And so it is that the pianist, ailing and saddened by the lack of the sun's touch meet and know that they are they are indeed meant to be instrument and musician, because their fate is the same.

In other words, this is an entirely amazing piece and yes, I'm an insane music major roommate.
